Cider Chicken

Good morning! Today I'm going to show you how to cook a delicious and tasteful chicken. The secret of this recipe is the asturian cider, wich gives the chicken an special taste and texture. This recipe is perfect for 4 diners and only needs of a few ordinary ingredients.

Here we go with the ingredients list:

- 1 whole chicken.
- Salt and pepper.
- 2 lemons.
- 1 Onion.
- 2 little bottles of cider.
- Olive oil.


Directions:

1- Put some olive oil into the owen tray. 
     (More or less like in the photo)

2- Spread some salt and pepper all over the chicken, put a lemon into the chicken and add the cider. You can also put some onions in order to get a better flavor.










3- Put the tray into the owen, and roast it at 180 ºC (356 ºF) for 90 minutes.
    ( Be sure to spin the chicken after 45 minutes in order to get the chicken completely roasted).












Finally you can add some rice and salad to the plate to get a better presentation.
